General

To apply for refunds or exchanges, the return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. For products that are eligible for repair, repair request should be submitted within the warranty period. If the warranty period expires, repairs can still be offer at certain charge, please contact with our RMA Team at [email protected].

It is important to first get the approval from our RMA Team before any return items, Fiberbuy will arrange courier service to pick up the return items.

To check if items are eligible for return and warranty period, please check at Fiberbuy Warranty. If items are defective under normal usage within the warranty period, Fiberbuy will repair without charge. Otherwise, customer will be responsible for the repairing cost.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed after Fiberbuy receives and inspects the returned items. It will take about 4~6 business days to receive the refund.

  • 1. Send e-mail to [email protected] to request for RMA approval and RMA Form.
  • 2. Filled in RMA Form and choose “Refund”, then send back to [email protected]. Pick-up will then be request by Fiberbuy with our cooperate courier.
  • 3. After receive return items, Fiberbuy RMA team will inspect and verify defective reason.
  • 4. If verify to be defective in advanced of Fiberbuy’s shipment, Refund will then be process and Payment will be return.

Exchanges

Items available in local warehouse can be shipped within 1~2 business day. Delivery date for items that are out of stock, will inform by our RMA Department Manager.

  • 1. Send e-mail to [email protected] to request for RMA approval and RMA Form.
  • 2. Filled in RMA Form and send back to [email protected], and choose “Exchange”. Pick-up will then be request by Fiberbuy with our cooperate courier.
  • 3. After receive return items, Fiberbuy RMA team will inspect and verify defective reason.
  • 4. If verify to be defective in advanced of Fiberbuy’s shipment, Exchange items will then be process and Replacement will be ship out.

Repairs

Repair Service is available for items within the warranty period. Fiberbuy will ship out the repair items after fix and test verification.

  • 1. Send e-mail to [email protected] to request for RMA approval and RMA Form.
  • 2. Filled in RMA Form and send back to [email protected] and choose “Repair”. Pick-up will then be request by Fiberbuy with our cooperate courier.
  • 3. After receive return items, Fiberbuy RMA Team will inspect the return items and verify defective reason.
  • 4. If items are defective under normal usage within the warranty period, Fiberbuy will repair without charge. Otherwise, will use e-mail to inform the cost and lead time for repair. Repair items will be fix, and ship out after repair.

1. Where to return the defective items?

After your RMA Form approved, we will request you to contact with our local courier for pick up.

2. How can I return defective item?

3. Do I need to pay the return shipping cost or customs?

If return is due to Fiberbuy’s misprocessing (Example : Send out incorrect or defective items). Fiberbuy will cover all the shipping cost. Otherwise, the shipping cost will be bare by customer’s side. Regulation are the same with shipping cost, if there are any custom duties and import/export tax occurred.

Items that are return without authorization by our RMA Department will be rejected or be shipped back to you at your expense.

4. Do I need to pay any restocking fee when return the products?

Within 30 days of delivery date, Fiberbuy gives full or partial refund depending on the status of returned items listed below.

  • Full refund:
  • Items are unused and new. Item does not match what was shown on Fiberbuy website, wrong item shipped, or defective.
  • 85% of the item's purchase price:
  • Items are used and non-defective. Wrong item purchase by customer and still in new condition.

5. How can I process the return if I'm qualified for free returns?

Print our the “Return Shipping” label provided by our RMA Team after you got the approval from [email protected], and contact with our local courier for Pick-up as per instruction in our reply e-mail.

6. How will I receive the refund?

We can refund you with the original method that you’ve paid. However, you can also choose to refund it to your Fiberbuy account as Credit. Credit can be used for your future orders.
